NOROVIRUS INFECTION:  Throughout January, several health departments have seen a rise in cases of Norovirus.  Please see our press release here, containing information on the disease and what to do if you believe you’ve come in contact with it.

News, Notes and Upcoming Events:

***The Cleveland County Health Department is now offering FREE FLU VACCINATIONS to everyone 6 months of age and older.  A third party payer will be billed for the administration fee if the individual has insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.  The vaccine is available at the Health Department Monday-Friday, from 8am – 4:30pm.  This is a walk-in service, no appointment necessary.  Save some time!  Download and fill out the Flu Consent Form  before you come for your shot.  Click here to read our press release.
