*If you select the FairShare Donation Level, you will receive 8 hours of United Way time off after 6 months of participation/giving.

Once you have completed both forms, please send them to Taylor Oxtoby, Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist, at taylor.oxtoby@clevelandcountync.gov. You may also give them to your Department Head and we will collect them weekly.
