1) Answer media inquiries on breaking news 24 hours per day/seven days a week.

2) Fulfill public records requests. These requests must be submitted in writing to public.information@clevelandcountync.gov.
4) Coordinate media interviews with County Commissioners, County management and subject matter experts. We can also secure quotes when interviews cannot be arranged.
5) Provide photographs of County Commissioners, County management, elected officials, County events and activities.
6) Arrange filming of County services and facilities.
7) Coordinate news conferences with County officials when needed.
8) Provide news releases and updated information as needed.
