- Process public records requests. These requests must be submitted in writing to public.information@clevelandcountync.gov.
- Act as a central point of contact for all information related to Cleveland County's operations and services.
- Coordinate media interviews with County Commissioners, County management, and subject matter experts. We can also obtain quotes when interviews cannot be arranged.
- Provide photographs of County Commissioners, County management, elected officials, and County events and activities.
- Arrange filming of County services and facilities.
- Organize news conferences with County officials when necessary.
- Issue news releases and update information as needed.
