Visitor Entrance Changes - Effective June 26th, 2024

The main entrance and parking area for Cleveland County Planning & Zoning, Building Inspections, EMS and Emergency Management, and the American Red Cross, located at 1333 Fallston Road in Shelby, will be closed for an extended period of time for construction of a new 911 Communications and Emergency Operations Center.

All visitors must enter through the driveway located off Ivywood Drive, park in the side lot, and enter through the back of the building. Parking will be limited. The project is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2025.
